Scott Goodyear was the driver of the Lola Chevy #15, in the bright blue
and silver MacKenzie Financial car. Scott Goodyear's
father, Don Goodyear, introduced us to Jim O'Donnell, President of
MacKenzie Financial, a sponsor on the Walker car. Mr.
O'Donnell commissioned a series of 1992 cars, for presentation at the Vancouver
Molson Indy dinner in September that year. Names like
Bobby Unser, Brian Williams, Scott Goodyear, Derick Walker, to mention
just a few, were recipients of the MacKenzie 1/10th. scale models.
A second series of models were ordered for presentation at the end of the
year also. |
