Kerri Cottages was a vacation home builder, based in Vancouver and also on the island in Victoria.   The principle, I believe, was Larry Harrison, an aggressive salesman type who worked very hard to promote the company.   We built large scale models of most of his homes, which were displayed in his showrooms, and were also shown on all the Vancouver Home Shows around that time.

To the right, a "Salesman's Sales Kit" which depicted the Kerry Cottages available, along with their respective three dimensional floor plans, set on their own small trays.    Very effective sales tool, which we produced quite a number of for Mr. Harrison at that time.    Later, Larry was known for his "Mile High Pies" fame.
