The Body Unit ... is made up from a series of urethane casting, produced from very complex, RTV rubber molds, and using our own "tried and proven" techniques, developed over a long period of time, in our own workshops.
The Wheels ... are hand fabricated, spoke by spoke, reflecting the difference between front and rear, not just in size, but spoke pattern, a feature that most other models of this car do not show.  Using specially prepared jigs, each spoke is threaded through the drilled rims, to create the crossover pattern, essential in achieving an authentic replica.
The Dunlop Racing tires ... have been faithfully reproduced, showing the exact tread patters, graphics, and profiles.   They are cast in urethane, to retain a more scale appearance, which can not be achieved in our opinion when using rubber.
The F1/61-120 deg. Ferrari Engine ...  can be seen very clearly, just forward of the rear wheels, featuring the 4 valve covers, engine block, and transmission.   Each of the 16 spark plugs are made up from three separate pieces, before being inserted into the engine block, and connected to the ignition harnesses.   Through the mesh domes on the top engine cover, can be seen the carburetor assemblies and velocity stacks, and through the pre formed, clear acrylic brake cooling scoops, can be seen the brake discs and calipers.
The Tubular main frame ... is visible through the body cavities, and the suspension arms, shocks, steering rods and dampers are all authentically reproduced in 1961 vintage.
Cockpit detail ... is complete, showing clearly the two fuel tanks running either side of the drivers seat, and the exposed main frame along the sides, and floor.  The windscreen is a clear one piece wrap around,
The dash ... has a brushed aluminum finish, with raised instrument bezels, and recessed dials behind clear lenses.   The unique gear shift assembly, and foot pedals are all there, along with the simulated wood rim steering wheel with aluminum center, sporting the Ferrari prancing horse emblem in the center.
"Almost" Hidden Details ... behind the front suspension main frame, you can see the oil tank and battery, and through the grille at the rear of the car the clutch and throwout bearing can be seen..
