... Michael Andretti and Paul Tracy drove the #6 and #3 cars, and Budweiser
committed their sponsorship to the Newman/Haas Team.
One
of my own personal regrets was that we did not get asked to build Paul
Tracy's, Kmart Budweiser Texaco Lola #3. It was a beautiful
"Red" car, and would have made a very attractive model.
We
did however get to build some of the Michael Andretti - Kmart Texaco Budweiser
#6 cars, featured above, with my Son Barry, putting the finishing touches
to one of the Newman/Haas commissions. |
